For the People Who Make It All Work

We know that every great company is built by the people who show up every day to make things happen. When you join the Collective family—whether through acquisition or growth—our first priority is you.

We don’t believe in surprises. We believe in clarity, respect, and long-term partnership. Our approach is simple: honor what’s working, listen closely, and support smart evolution over time.

Maintain Your Legacy for the Next Generation

Selling your business is a significant decision, and at Collective Manufacturing Group, we understand the importance of preserving the legacy you’ve built. Our transparent and seamless acquisition process ensures your values, employees, and operational integrity remain at the forefront. From the initial conversation to a tailored proposal and smooth transition, we prioritize open communication and mutual respect.

What to expect from day one

No Sudden Changes

From day one, your title, responsibilities, compensation, and reporting structure remain intact. We’re not here to shake things up—we’re here to support what’s already working.

Your History Matters

. The time you’ve put in, the knowledge you’ve gained, and the pride you take in your work are all part of what makes this company strong. Your service and experience stay with you, and we see them as a vital part of Collective’s future.

Listening First

We believe the best way to lead is to understand. That’s why our first priority is to learn how things work from the people who know them best—you. Our goal is progress with purpose—not change for the sake of change.

Working together: Employee FAQ

Will my job change?

No major changes happen on day one. Your role, title, pay, and reporting structure will stay the same as we begin working together. We start every relationship by listening and learning—not by making sudden shifts.

Will my pay or employment status be affected?

No. Your current compensation and employment status carry over as-is. If any changes ever need to happen, they’ll be communicated clearly and with plenty of notice.

Do I keep my seniority or hire date?

Yes. Your full employment history—including your hire date and tenure—remains part of your record and is recognized by Collective.

What happens to my benefits?

Initially, your existing benefits stay in place. Over time, some benefits may be adjusted to align with Collective’s programs—but only if they match or improve upon what you currently have. Any changes will be shared well in advance with clear explanations and support. Your H.R. representative will provide a description of your compensation and benefits.

Is our company going away?

Not at all. One of our core principles is to preserve the identity and legacy of each company we join. You’re now part of the Collective Manufacturing family, but your brand, culture, and history still matter.

What is Collective Manufacturing Group?

Collective Manufacturing Group is a long-term owner and operator of industrial companies in aerospace, defense, and power generation. We invest in companies—not to flip them—but to support their growth for decades to come.

I still have questions. Who do I talk to?

You’re encouraged to talk with your manager, HR contact, or any member of the Collective team. We welcome questions and feedback—because we’re building this together.
